Completing an order With Plain-n-Simple means you have read and agree with our policies below.

Our policies are binding even if you have not read them!

RETURNS:

Plain-n-Simple has a NO return, NO refund policy on all items.

However, if you received a wrong item due to our error, please let us know so we can correct your order. If this occurs, notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

If you need to return an item due to our error, it may be shipped back via first class mail. Once we receive the incorrect item, the correct one will be sent to you at our exprense. NOTE-- The returned item MUST be in the same condition as when we mailed it: brand new and never worn.

***** We will NOT exchange a covering because you have decided you do not like it.

***** "Our error" does NOT include you ordering a wrong size, color, or fabric.

Please read well the descriptions of our coverings, sizes, & fabrics, and always feel free to email with any questions BEFORE you order.


IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER...

Sometimes you might need to cancel your order before it has been shipped - things happen and we understand that.

Let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you need to cancel your order. We cannot cancel your order if it has been packaged for shipping or has been mailed.

If you have paid money order or PayPal, you will receive a full refund. For credit card orders, the credit card processing fees I have paid for your transaction will be subtracted from your refund.


ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES:

We are a family owned cottage business with one employee -- me. Most coverings are sewn AFTER you place your order.

Your order starts being processed as soon as we receive it. Credit cards are charged automatically at this time through our secure card company.

We do our best to have your order sewn, packaged, and shipped within 6 weeks after receiving cleared payment. You will receive an email from USPS Click N Ship when your order is shipped.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us. We will work with you, and often can bump your order up if need be.

If your order consists of only non-sewn items (patterns, hair accessories, etc.), it will normally be shipped within three business days.


CHECK YOUR INFORMATION!!!!

Plain-n-Simple is not responsible for incorrect customer information you enter in the shopping cart.

You are responsible to verify that all your information is correct before submitting an order.

When placing an order with us, an email invoice is automatically generated and sent to you and to Plain-n-Simple. Please be sure to contact us ASAP if there is an error with your customer information.

If you do not fill in your last name, your order will be cancelled. If your shipping address has typos, the shipping of your order will be significantly delayed.


STORE HOURS & SCHEDULE:

We are closed weekends and certain weeks during the year.

Orders may be made at these times, but we normally do not sew, answer emails, fill orders, or ship on weekends.

ONLINE PAYMENTS & SHIPPING COSTS:

For US orders, we take payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.

For international orders or mail orders, see below

Mailed In PAYMENTS:

All payments must be in US funds. If paying with a Money Order, it MUST be a US money order, drawn on a US bank, in US funds (clearly marked as payable in US Dollars).

PrayerCoverings is our web address, but our legal business name is Plain & Simple Headcoverings. Please make your check or money order out to PLAIN & SIMPLE.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Due to the difficulty in processing international Money Orders, non-US orders must be paid for with PayPal in US funds only!

All funds for all orders must be in US currency.

VISA card for international orders works only sometimes. My secure card company may refuse an international Visa transaction, so that is why PayPal is recommended.
