FAQs
When will I receive my order? TOP Due to the huge growth of our business, we must increase our turn around time. Please remember that our sewn items are handmade. We will make every effort that you receive your order within four weeks. NOTE: Some items, though labeled “in stock,” must be made first. Please note that we do not work or ship on weekends - we ship Mondays through Fridays only. USPS Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days to arrive once shipped.

If your order consists of only non-sewn items (patterns, hair accessories, etc.), you order will be shipped the next business day or two.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me. I will work with you, and can often bump your order up if need be. What does “in stock” mean then? TOP It means we have it ready to mail now, OR it is cut and ready to sew, OR we have the fabric and all materials on hand so that it can be made and shipped within four weeks (barring any unforeseen glitches). When will you ship my order? TOP Usually as soon as it is ready. I ship on weekdays only (M,T,W,Th,F). Please note that Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days to arrive once shipped.

TOP It means that I do not have the item available at this time. I am most likely waiting on a shipment of fabric, so most out of stock items will be back in stock within a couple weeks. Feel free to contact me to inquire about any out of stock item.
When will you answer my e-mail? TOP I try to answer e-mails daily, but may not be able to for a couple days. I do have eight mouths to feed, oversee our home school, keep the house clean, and take care of our special needs child - all of which come before e-mails. Also, I normally do not do business, including answer emails, on weekends. Thank you for your patience. If you have not heard back within a week, though, please resend your e-mail - they can get lost out there! What are the differences among all your fabrics? TOP Most of our veils are made of a soft crepe. We have several choices for other coverings and you may read about our fabrics by clicking on the DESCRIPTIONS OF OUR FABRICS link found on most of our covering details pages or go to
our fabrics page. I don't see my fabric or color choice available for the covering I want. TOP When I am out of stock in a particular fabric or color, it will not show up as a choice to be ordered. Contact me and I will let you know when we will be getting it in. Likely I am waiting on a fabric shipment. What is your returns, refunds, and exchange policy? Do you give discounts for large orders? TOP I can wholesale to other stores (contact me for wholesale information), but at this time I cannot give discounts to individuals. |
